For the June tasting, we are excited that Imperial will be donating the yeast again. This is similar to the Keviek IPA tasting we did a couple of years ago. 
 
This time we are going to make it a Saison or Belgian blonde. By using a middle-of-the-road grain bill you can easily make it one or the other. 
Looking at the recipe below you can tweak the hops a little or the sugar depending if you are targeting Saison or Belgian Blonde.   Or just brew it as is and see what happens. More to come in May Newsletter.

Belgian Yeast
  • B45 Gnome: Versatile and unique Belgian ale yeast, an excellent choice for Belgian pale ales or IPAs.
  • B48 Triple Double: Classic high gravity Belgian strain for Trappist-style ales.
Saison Yeast
  • B56 Rustic: Fantastic choice for a Belgian Saison or farmhouse beer.
  • B64 Napoleon: Classic strain to produce French Saison where a balance of fruit esters and spicy phenols are necessary.
